This course defines aphasia and differentiates between the various types. You will learn about the communication needs that exist, and strategies to support successful communication interactions with people who have aphasia.

Presenter: Lindsey Frohn, M.S., CCC-SLP has over 6 years of experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. While working with a wide variety of diagnoses and disorders, she developed a passion for AAC to increase her patients’ abilities to communicate successfully. She is a member of the Tobii Dynavox Learning Team where she develops and conducts internal and customer training, creates implementation resources and presents at conferences about AAC topics.
