Scanning 103 builds on the knowledge and topics discussed in Scanning 101 and 102. In this training we discuss techniques and best practices for teaching switch scanning skills to a new scan user. We focus on the Core First Scanning Page Set and the Learn to Scan pages.

Presenter: Erica Iffland, CCC-SLP Erica has treated, assessed, and consulted with individuals across the life-span. She has worked in early intervention, pre-school groups, out-patient pediatrics, elementary and middle school, as well as adult day program consultation and skilled nursing facility settings. She has a passion for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and is a member of the Tobii Dynavox Learning Services Team where she develops and conducts internal and customer training, creates implementation resources and presents at conferences about AAC topics.
